Rod is a mining engineer with more than 35 years experience in gold and base metals. Roles have included General Manager Operations with Plutonic Resources and General Manager with Sino Gold. He joined Bendigo Mining in January 2005 and was appointed to the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in January 2007.

Tim Churcher

Tim has more than 20 years experience in the resource and finance sectors, working initially for North Limited and Gold Mines of Kalgoorlie Ltd. He has 15 years experience in the finance sector; working as a financial analyst in London (Mining Journal Ltd) and in Australia for JB Were & Son Limited and in private equity investment with Renaissance Capital Limited. He joined the Company in January 2005 as General Manager Corporate Development and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in January 2007.
Tim is Bendigo Mining's designated non-Executive Director of GoldStone Resources.
